Privacy Policy

This page provides privacy contact information for ShopDyna customers.

1. Who is responsible for personal data

ShopDyna is operated by The Business Coach L.L.C-FZ, The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Privacy questions and requests may be sent to shopdyna@info.com. The secondary contact address is info.shopdyna@info.com.

2. Personal data processed

When a customer submits an order form, ShopDyna processes the information entered in that form, including the customer’s name, telephone number and delivery address. The forms also contain attribution fields identified as offer, lp, subid and tmfp. These fields can associate a submission with the relevant product offer, landing page or advertising source.

Website and advertising technologies may also process technical, page, referral, device or browser-related information made available when a page is visited or an advertising interaction is measured. The exact information available can depend on the page, browser and technology in use.

3. How information is collected and transmitted

Order information is collected through Elementor forms. Form submissions are stored through the site’s Elementor form-submission functionality and are also transmitted through a Make.com webhook as part of the order-processing workflow.

The reviewed landing-page implementation includes Google Ads tag AW-18376627577. Certain pages also include an Adrice Network script used to populate the tmfp attribution field where that script is present.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Order-form data is used to receive, confirm, process and fulfil an order, arrange delivery, communicate with the customer about the order and provide customer support. This processing is necessary to take steps requested by the customer before entering into a contract and to perform the resulting contract.

Information may also be processed where necessary to comply with legal obligations, establish or respond to legal claims, maintain the security and integrity of the website and order process, and prevent misuse. Where those activities rely on legitimate interests, ShopDyna considers whether the customer’s rights and interests override those interests.

Offer, lp, subid and tmfp information and advertising-related technical data are used for attribution, advertising measurement and understanding which landing page or campaign led to an order. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential advertising or measurement technology, consent is the relevant legal basis and may be withdrawn without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and service providers

Personal data is made available only where necessary for the purposes described above, including to people authorised to handle orders and support requests and to service providers supporting the website, form storage, automation and advertising measurement.

Verified recipients or technology providers include Make.com for webhook-based transmission and Google in connection with the observed Google Ads tag. Adrice Network technology is also present on pages where the tmfp population script is implemented. These recipients may process information under their own terms and privacy documentation where applicable.

6. International processing

ShopDyna’s operator is located in the United Arab Emirates, and the technologies described above may involve processing outside the customer’s country. Data-protection law may require a lawful transfer basis or safeguards for certain international transfers. Customers may contact ShopDyna for available information about the transfer basis relevant to their personal data.

7. Retention

Personal data is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the order, delivery, support, attribution and record-keeping purposes described in this policy, and for any longer period required by applicable legal, accounting, tax or claims-related obligations. Retention may vary according to the nature of the information and the relevant obligation; this policy does not state an unverified fixed period.

8. Individual rights

Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, individuals may have rights to request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, consent may be withdrawn.

Individuals may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority responsible for their place of residence or the relevant processing. Rights can be subject to legal conditions and exceptions.

9. Exercising rights and contacting ShopDyna

Send privacy requests to shopdyna@info.com or info.shopdyna@info.com. Please describe the request and provide enough information to identify the relevant order or interaction. ShopDyna may request information reasonably necessary to confirm identity before acting on a request.

10. Policy updates

This policy may be updated if the site’s verified processing changes or applicable requirements change. The version presented on this page is the current ShopDyna Privacy Policy.
