Store policy

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions explain the rules that apply when customers browse ShopDyna or submit an order for a product.

1. Seller information

ShopDyna is operated by The Business Coach L.L.C-FZ, The Meydan Hotel, Grandstand, 6th Floor, Meydan Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

For questions about an order or these Terms, contact shopdyna@info.com. The secondary contact address is info.shopdyna@info.com.

2. Scope and mandatory consumer rights

These Terms apply to the use of ShopDyna and to orders submitted through its product pages. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not exclude or restrict rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the mandatory law applicable to you, including mandatory protections in the EU country in which you live where those protections apply.

3. Product information

Product descriptions, images, specifications, availability and the selling price shown on the relevant product page form part of the information presented before an order is submitted. Please review that information carefully and contact us before ordering if anything is unclear. Minor differences in colour may result from the customer’s screen, but this does not affect rights relating to goods that do not conform to the contract.

4. Prices and payment

The selling price applicable to an order is the current price displayed on the relevant product page when the order is submitted. Any additional charge that applies to the order must be disclosed during the order process or communicated for the customer’s agreement before the order is accepted. Where a product page offers cash on delivery, payment is collected in accordance with the instructions provided for that order.

5. Submitting and accepting an order

The customer submits an order request by completing the required order form and selecting its submit button. The customer is responsible for checking the entered name, telephone number, delivery address and selected product information before submission. Receipt of an order request does not prevent ShopDyna from checking product availability, delivery information or obvious errors. A contract is formed when the order is accepted or fulfilled, subject to any mandatory rule that provides otherwise.

ShopDyna may contact the customer using the supplied details when reasonably necessary to confirm, process or deliver the order. If an order cannot be accepted, the customer will be informed using the available contact details.

6. Delivery

Delivery information applicable to the store is described in the Shipping Policy and in any information shown during the order process. Delivery timing may depend on the destination, product availability and circumstances outside reasonable control. ShopDyna will not replace the customer’s mandatory rights concerning late or failed delivery.

7. Cancellation, withdrawal and returns

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract. The applicable procedure, deadlines, return-cost rules and refund process are set out in the Return & Refund Policy. Customers must contact shopdyna@info.com before shipping a return so that the correct return instructions and applicable return address can be provided.

8. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged, are incorrect, or do not conform to the contract, contact us promptly with the order reference and a description of the issue. Where mandatory consumer law applies, remedies may include repair or replacement without charge, an appropriate price reduction, or termination and refund, depending on the circumstances. Nothing in these Terms limits the statutory legal guarantee or other mandatory rights.

9. Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate order and delivery information, use products in accordance with supplied instructions and safety warnings, and avoid using the website in an unlawful way or in a way that interferes with its operation.

10. Website and intellectual property

The website’s text, branding, layout and other protected material may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except where applicable law allows it. Product or company names belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits a consumer’s mandatory remedies. Subject to those rights, neither party is responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Customers should follow product instructions and use products only for their intended purpose.

12. Personal data

Information about the handling of personal data is provided in the Privacy Policy.

13. Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the law applicable to the contract. A consumer retains the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer habitually resides where those provisions apply. The competent courts and dispute procedures are determined by applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

The Terms applicable to an order are those made available when that order is submitted. Future changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

15. Contact

Questions may be sent to shopdyna@info.com or info.shopdyna@info.com.
